Jumelet Beheer BV. is a young, dynamic organization, passionate about its profession.Our organization rents out furnished rooms in the IJmuiden/Amsterdam area in the Netherlands.
Our office and reception are located in IJmuiden.
The living premises are mainly situated in IJmuiden, which is about 20 km from Amsterdam.
For more than 10 years, we have managed and organized premises to be used as furnished rooms.
We are specialized in providing accommodation for and meeting the needs of working people during their stay in the Netherlands.

We are able to accommodate a total of 200 people.The living premises are subdivided into single rooms and double rooms, with shared kitchen and toilet facilities, and apartments with their own kitchen and toilet facilities. The rooms and apartments are furnished and have a fridge and TV.
The kitchens are equipped with various equipment, cooking facilities and kitchen utensils.

Our cleaning staff clean the kitchen and toilets, and supply cleaning materials, bin bags and toilet paper.
The employees themselves are responsible for tidying and cleaning their own room. All the premises have a satellite TV and wireless Internet connection. Upon request, it will be possible to receive Dutch stations. The rooms are rented on a weekly basis and notice is given per week.
