General terms and conditions regarding rental of temporary accommodation for employees.
Accommodation is rented on a weekly basis, running from a Sunday to a Sunday.
Any municipal and/or water charges upon registration with the municipal personal records database [GBA] are for the account of the person or the client in question.
The invoice must be paid within 8 days of the date of invoice. In the case that the invoice is not paid within this agreed term of payment, all collection costs will be for the account of the client.
If an employee wishes to give notice, this must be done before 12 noon on a Friday. If the employee does not give notice, this means that the accommodation is booked for the following week and will therefore be invoiced.
In the case that your employee becomes ill or is on holiday it applies that if notice is not given on time, the accommodation remains booked and will be invoiced as such.
The employees must adhere to the house rules, which are displayed in all the premises on the notice board in the shared living quarters. When employees give notice, when checking out, they must remove their personal belongings and hand in the keys of their room or apartment to the office of Jumelet Beheer BV. Any costs for damages or missing items will be charged to the client. The employees themselves are responsible for keeping their rooms clean and tidy. For this purpose, cleaning agents, bin bags, a vacuum cleaner, a brush, a brush and pan, and a bucket, et cetera, are available in the shared quarters. If employees wish to change their bed linen during their stay they must wash the bed linen themselves. All the premises have a washing machine and tumble dryer available. If Jumelet Beheer BV has to provide extra bed linen, a cost of € 3.50 Euro will be charged for each set of clean bed linen.
When employees check out, Jumelet Beheer BV takes care of the final cleaning and provides clean bed linen. If the employee has not kept the room clean and the room is extremely dirty, we will charge extra for these cleaning costs when the employee checks out.
Jumelet Beheer BV reserves the right at all times to refuse employees access to the accommodation. If the employees have paid for the accommodation themselves, the client remains responsible for paying the invoice, giving notice, et cetera.
